On February 28th, 2011, I delved headfirst into one of the biggest, most personal adventures I’ve challenged myself to so far in life: Culinary School! This section of the blog includes posts recounting my time spent and lessons learned from the year I spent enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Read on for my adventures, mishaps, triumphs, and recipes from the most exciting year of my life!
I hope these stories bring my readers a peek behind closed doors of what really goes on when an everyday New Yorker suits up in chef whites and learns how to cook like a pro!
