I was there too! Although I wasn't fortunate enough to have tasted all that you mentioned, I can wholeheartedly agree on two that were yumcious. The shrimp and angel hair from Fork and Vine was outstanding. I grabbed a business card immediately and vowed to make it our next venue for dinner out with close friends. And of course, anyone that was lucky enough to taste the red velvet, coconut cake pop, was lucky enough. Wow. I thought of pocketing a few for "later" but I had my hands full with camera and no purse. Thankfully, I live on Long Island and I know where to get more. :) Thanks for taking me back to Saturday again. Loved your review. Old Westbury Gardens is truly one of my top 10 most beautiful places!

I was fortunate enough to visit this lovely place a few years ago on a media tour. It is, indeed, beautiful. (By the way, I found Long Island to be quite beautiful and elegant - absolutely loved it).

Thank you for reminding me of the beautiful Old Westbury Gardens (ironically, some of your favorite shots were mine too) and for such delicious food photos too.
